As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the forefront of this mission, ensuring our clients feel valued and supported every step of the way.
What You’ll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls and providing assistance as needed.
- Performing clerical tasks, such as bank deposits and post office runs.
- Fostering customer retention and contributing to the growth of our book of business.
- Building strong customer relationships and following up on requests to ensure satisfaction.
- Delivering prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on the insurance options and products that best fit their needs, while identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Communicating effectively to meet customer needs while promoting the growth of our business.
What We’re Looking For: We seek individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a team-oriented atmosphere. Key qualifications include:
- A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
- Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) but not required.
- Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty License.
- Ability to achieve mutually agreed-upon monthly marketing goals.
- An interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
