Position: Director of Sales and Marketing

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Austin, TX

Summary:
The Director of Sales and Marketing will develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive company growth. The individual will lead a team to acquire new business, maintain existing client relationships, and expand our market share in the commercial and multifamily renovation sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Director of Sales
    The Director of Sales provides dynamic leadership to drive strategic sales growth initiatives across our commercial and multifamily real estate customer segment. This critical senior management role oversees a high-performing sales team to expand market share, winning new construction or tenant improvements of commercial including but not limited to retail, restaurants, hotels, and industrial. New construction or renovations of multifamily, and property management projects with real estate investment trusts (REITs), property owners/managers.
    Core Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to significantly expand customer portfolio, particularly among Commercial and Class A/B multifamily developer contacts
    • Personally handle C-suite interactions, complex contract negotiations, and presentations to secure six and eight-figure deals
    • Recruit top sales talent and oversee team development, quotas, incentives, and compensation structure
    • Create standardized sales processes, CRM optimization, and analytics reporting for fact-based pipeline management
    • Coordinate cross-functionally across Marketing, Operations, and Finance to enhance the capture rate
    • Maintain in-depth market expertise of the competitive landscape as well as emergent commercial and multifamily sector needs and trends
  2. Requirements:
    • 10+ years of commercial and multifamily outside sales or new business development experience
    • Demonstrated ability to increase market share revenue growth in aligned industries
    • Relationships with critical real estate investors, developers, and property decision-makers
    • Strategic mindset with precise analytical, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
    • A proven leader capable of managing dispersed sales teams for maximum productivity
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
