About the Role:
Join FirstLight Home Care of Guilford and Jacksonville, NC as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients! We are dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care in the Jacksonville area and are looking for passionate individuals to join our team.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with mobility and physical activities to ensure client safety and comfort.
  • Document client progress and report any changes in health status to the care team.
  • Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure quality care.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Current CNA certification in North Carolina is required.
  • Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and families.
  • Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs.
  • Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Jacksonville area.
  • Must pass background checks and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends.
About Us:
FirstLight Home Care has been serving the Jacksonville and Guilford communities with exceptional home care services for several years. Compensation: $15.05 - $17.00 per hour
