RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, customer outreach, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service
- Prior professional office experience preferred
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon goals
BENEFITS:

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Our office is open 9am-5pm.

- I am a proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have 50+ years of combined insurance experience in our office.
