💰 Pay Rates:
- 🧑⚕️ PCA: $15/hr
- 👩⚕️ CNA: $16.50/hr
- 🩺 Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr

🛎️ What You’ll Do:
- 🤝 Provide companionship & emotional support
- 🛁 Assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing
- 🧺 Perform light housekeeping & laundry
- 🥗 Prepare simple, nutritious meals
- 💊 Offer medication reminders
- 👨👩👧 Support families with safe caregiving techniques
✅ What You’ll Need:
- 🎓 CNA license or PCA certification (required)
- 🚘 Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- 📋 Ability to follow a care plan
- 🗣️ Strong communication skills
- 💪 Ability to lift 25 lbs
- 🧠 Experience with dementia care (a plus!)
- ✅ Must pass a background check
