💰 Competitive Pay Rates

PCA: $15.00/hr
CNA: $16.50/hr
Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr

📝 What You’ll Do:

🤝 Provide Companionship & Conversation – Be a source of comfort and joy.
🛁 Assist with Personal Care – Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
🏠 Perform Light Housekeeping – Laundry, linen changes, and tidying up.
🥘 Plan & Prepare Meals – Ensure clients enjoy nutritious meals.
💊 Medication Reminders – Help clients stay on track with their health.
👨‍👩‍👧 Support Families – Teach safe care techniques to loved ones.

📌 What We’re Looking For:

CNA License or PCA Certification Required
Ability to Treat Clients with Dignity & Respect
Ability to Follow a Care Plan
Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
Flexibility & Adaptability – Every client is unique!
Tolerance for Pets – Many clients have cats or dogs.
Strong Communication Skills – Stay connected via phone/email.
Physical Strength – Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
Experience with Dementia or Senior Care is a Plus!
Must Pass a Background Check – Safety comes first.
