Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting Accounting, Engineering, and HR Departments: The primary role of the Customer Service Operations Assistant appears to be supporting both the accounting and human resources departments. Specific responsibilities might include:
  • Assisting with accounting tasks, which could involve data entry, reconciliations, or other financial duties.
  • Collaborating with the HR department on various projects, which might encompass tasks related to employee onboarding, records, or other HR-related functions.
  • Responsible for completing an array of office tasks effectively and proficiently in full support of the business and its
  • goals.
  • Performs and assists with clerical / organizing tasks, including proofreading, typing, data entry, filing, shredding, etc.
  • Promptly, professionally, courteously and accurately receives incoming telephone calls, visitors and properly relays all
  • messages to the appropriate person and/or department.
  • Willing, capable and able to perform all work in a timely, accurate and confidential manner within several areas of the
  • business, to include (but not limited to): Operations, Sales, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Human
  • Resources.
Skills/Requirements:
  • Microsoft Word and Excel: Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel is essential for this role. Must be comfortable with creating documents and working with spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication skills are important, as the role likely involves interacting with both customers and colleagues. Good written and verbal communication is crucial.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associates Degree preferred.
  • Business Accounting Experience: While not required, having experience or knowledge in business accounting is highly desired. This suggests that the role may involve tasks related to financial data or transactions.
HOURS: 8AM-5PM, Monday - Friday!
Pay: $18-$22/hr
