Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: $55,000 + Commission + Bonuses (Range $60,000-$95,000+)

Responsibilities:

Support & contribute to Agency's multi-line goals and growth around life and health insurance
Explore gaps in client needs through meaningful discussions, with each interaction
Seek out opportunities for financial service sales through needs analysis conversations
Provide a remarkable customer service experience for customers
Market and position our commercial insurance in conjunction

Requirements:

Must be willing to obtain a General Level 1 License and LLQP License
Experience in sales and customer service is strongly preferred
Must be comfortable conducting prospecting phone calls & participating in networking activities
