Insurance Defense Associate Attorney

Due to growth, an Insurance Defense Law Firm has an immediate opening in their Miami, Florida office for a Construction Litigation Attorney.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of insurance defense experience with a desire to practice construction law and professional liability.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Role will focus on Construction Litigation/Professional Liability
- Must have 1-3 years of insurance defense experience. Billing experience required
- Legal research and drafting
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions and mediations
- Must be an active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
