ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Marketing Associate for Wilson White State Farm, your creativity, and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Primary Duties

    ·        Identify potential markets/prospects and test them extensively through weekly in-person meetings
    ·        Generate pipeline of prospects and leads for sales team
    ·        Establish referral relationships in the mortgage, real estate, and related industries through weekly in-person meetings
    ·        Secure weekly quota of sales quotes
    ·        Work collaboratively with Agent and sales team

    Secondary Duties
     
    ·        Build brand awareness through social media outlets
    ·        Plan sales and advertising social media campaigns
    ·        Plan and execute engagement events including but not limited to, happy hours, charity drives, thank you events. 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Marketing experience preferred 
  • Able to make presentations to potential customers
  • Proficient in social media, website, and email content generation
  • Self-motivated
  • Stellar written and oral communication skills
  • Energetic and people-oriented 
  • Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement
  • Excellent in collaborative communication with team members and customers·        
  • Willingness to try innovative marketing strategies

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
