Client Support:
Provide ongoing support to existing customers by addressing their questions and concerns regarding their insurance policies.
Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and renewals.
Claims Assistance:
Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring they understand the steps and requirements.
Policy Management:
Review and analyze customers' current insurance policies to ensure they meet their needs and circumstances.
Assist customers in making informed decisions about modifying or updating their coverage.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
Conduct or set appointment periodically to reviews of customers’ insurance needs to ensure their coverage remains adequate over time.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customers interactions, policy details, and service activities.
Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations.
Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve any issues or complaints customers may have regarding their insurance policies or services.
Work collaboratively with other departments to find solutions to complex client problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
