- Moving ladders, paint cans, and other painting/ mudding equipment.
- Joining drywall panels using tape and plaster.
- Repairing cracks and other damage to the drywall panels.
- Keeping supervisor informed of progress.
- Ensuring that all equipment and materials are used safely and effectively.
- Keeping trucks, storage areas neat and clean.
- Checking inventory, and ordering paint and other supplies when needed.
- Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need
- Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
- Volunteer non-operational time to related community events
- Achieve and remain current in required certifications
- Support franchisee and franchisor organizational mission, vision, and value statement
- Self-motivated to get results
- Loves working people in need of assistance
