As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch support and assistance. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience for every customer interaction. Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide product & service information and assistance with account-related inquiries.
Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay informed about product & service updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

Comfortable working in a remote environment with a minimum of 2 years experience in a remote role.
Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable internet connection .
Availability to work during business operating hours which are 8A-5P CST.
