As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Casey Hill - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $44,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Our office is located in Old Town Sherwood near Symposium and Clancy's..
- Our office is open 8:30a - 5p M-F.
- We have nearly 30 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
