EXPERIENCED LITIGATION LAWYER SPECIALIZING IN FEDERAL LITIGATION

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Represent clients in federal litigation cases, including researching, drafting pleadings, and attending hearings.
Conduct thorough legal analysis and provide strategic advice to clients.
Collaborate with colleagues and experts to build strong cases.
Manage and oversee the entire litigation process from inception to resolution.
Attend depositions, mediations, and trials as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in N.Y with an active license in good standing.
Strong knowledge of federal rules of civil procedure and evidence.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize workload effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
