 Position: Inside Sales Closer
Location: On-site in Tampa, FL
Schedule: Full-time + Some Saturday's
Pay: $850 per week + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Performance Bonuses
Expected Annual Earnings: $50,000–$100,000+

What You’ll Do
- Speak with warm leads who’ve already expressed interest in our services
- Clearly communicate how EZ Advocates can help and close the deal
- Follow up, build trust, and manage your sales pipeline
- Keep records updated in our CRM
- Collaborate with a motivated team and hit or exceed your goals
What You Bring

Previous inside sales or phone sales experience

Strong closer with persuasive, people-first communication
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- A positive attitude and team player mentality
- Excellent time management, listening, and follow-up skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Major plus if bilingual (english/spanish)Â
