We are seeking a Dishwasher to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for loading the dishwasher with dirty dishes brought in by the bussers and unloading clean dishes. Responsibilities
- Prerinse dishes and tableware and load them into the dishwasher
- Unload dishwasher and put items away in proper areas
- Sweep and mop floors
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Participate in team meetings
- Perform other cleaning duties (trash cans, bathrooms, etc.), as assigned.
- Ensures that boxes are broken down and garbage is placed in the appropriate receptacles.
- Preps any items that may be required for service.
- Ensures that all tools and plate ware are prepared for service.
- Ensures that dishes are clean and properly stored, and stations are wiped for evening shift.
- Cleans all dishes and surfaces throughout and at the end of service.
- Ensures that dishes and tools are properly stored at the end of service.
- Sweeps and mops all floors.
- Cleans all bathrooms, including the sink, toilet, and floor.
- Clean and organize walk-in cooler, freezer and dry storage.
