Job Title: Restoration Project Manager
Reports To: Director of Project Management
Serves: Property Owners, Property Managers, Team Members, Subcontractors, and Material Vendors

Position Overview: The Project Manager is an autonomous position that leads the Project Management Team by overseeing stakeholder relationships throughout the property claims process to restore properties back to pre-loss conditions. This individual works closely with property owners, insurance carriers, subcontractors, and Paul Davis Team members to ensure work is done at the highest level. This person is also responsible for establishing systems, resources, and procedures that reduce overall job cycle time, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.

Responsibilities:
Project Management:
· Inspect properties and draft job proposals with accurate scopes of work in a timely manner.
· Negotiate and execute contracts, change orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
· Monitor project budgets, control costs, and provide regular financial updates.
· Manage job schedules and oversee in-house labor, subcontractors, and material vendors.
· Ensure strict compliance with job site inspections, safety regulations, and company policies.
· Uphold job site cleanliness, professional appearance, expert workmanship, and effective communication among all parties.
Documentation and Reporting:
· Organize and store all documents related to the restoration project including signed construction documents, building permits, schedules, etc. using appropriate job management software.
· Identify and report potential cost overruns or scope changes.
· Receive progress payments throughout the restoration project.
· Manage regulatory, health and safety risks consistent with federal, state, and local requirements.
Leadership and Supervision:
· Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to team members.
· Set standards for high quality workmanship and assist in worker development and performance.
· Cultivate personal, long-lasting client relationships.
· Continuously improve results that drive reputation forward.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Required:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Insurable driver’s license
Preferred:
· Project management experience
· Experience in remodeling and/or restoration
Physical Requirements:
· Walk and stand for long periods of time
· Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs when necessary.
· Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, squatting, and crawling.
· Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds regularly or 75 pounds occasionally.

· Exceptional time managements skills and ability to work independently without constant oversight.
· Previous experience with supervising, leading, and developing internal employees and external trades.
· Adept at using various software applications to produce estimates, schedules, budgets, etc.

· Sound risk management and documentation skills.
