Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will who operates under the supervision of the registered nurse and/or the Program Director. You take pride in assisting the RN by taking vital signs of the center participants and in providing the RN with required updates on the participants.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the RN as instructed to ensuring vital signs that fall outside of the established parameters are addressed.
Monitor patients for side effects or reactions
Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the RN.

Qualifications

Currently licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in state of California
Previous experience as LVN is preferred
Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
Valid driver’s license
First aid/CPR certification required

Compensation: $20.00 - $34.00 per hour
