Looking for a confident Physical Therapist who is passionate in their abilities, and for supporting our community.

current WA State Physical Therapy License
Current drivers license with acceptable drivers abstract
vehicle insurance with a dependable vehicle
Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate
Current CPR/BLS certification
