WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE
  • Previous customer service or sales experience in a retail environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Assist in handling customer complaints and problems in a professional manner
  • Multitasking – must have the ability to simultaneously process multiple tasks
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license required with reliable transportation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, Windows operation system, and other computer hardware and software
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Notary Public certification may be required
WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:
  • Assisting customers with shipping and packaging services, scanning incoming packages.
  • Assists customers with their product and service needs in person, through e-mail and by phone
  • Learns and operates Center equipment, machinery, and software at an expert level
  • Assists customers and staff with operation of in-store printing equipment
  • Processes customer sales through the point-of-sale system
  • Interacts with UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS couriers, other vendors, and all store staff
  • Sorts and deposits mail in private mailboxes
  • Captures, complete tasks, and organizes Virtual Mail
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about products and services
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
Compensation: $12.25 - $14.00 per hour

*PostNet centers (locations) are independently owned and operated. The posted positions are offered by individual franchisees who interview, hire, manage and pay the employees hired for positions in a specific local location (center) through their specific business.
