Schedule:
- Monday through Friday. 9am to 5pm. (40 hours a week)
- Flexibility to swap a week day to work a Saturday here and there.
- Absolutely no remote or from home work.
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing office assistant to to join our team. In this role, you will provide a variety of clerical and administrative support to our employees, clients and students. You will ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to) call handling, email handling, scheduling appointments and interviews, planning meetings, cold calling, scheduling.....etc.. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
In your downtime, you will be searching the web for places that might need our security guard services. You will be tasked with reaching out to them to schedule a meeting with senior managements, as well as sending them post cards. From time to time, you may be required you to visit sites, and physically do walk throughs or meet with potential clients. Draft proposals for new sites. We will train you and be with you every step of the way.
NYS requires security company office staff candidates to be fingerprinted, and submit a Branch Office Employee Application to NYS for background review. If offered the position contingent on NYS clearance, you will be responsible for getting fingerprinted. If hired, we will reimburse you the cost of the prints and application.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
