RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary
- Assist clients with general inquiries
- Delegate tasks to appropriate team members, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere
- Assist with administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office setting
- Preferably able to speak both English and Spanish fluently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members in a caring and professional manner
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including computers, phones, and fax machines
- Familiarity with insurance policies and terminology is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
