Experience in restoration or water mitigation is definitely great, but not necessary - we are looking to train the right candidate. 🙂
- Inspections – pre and post production
- Respond to mold jobs and initiate mold mitigation according to appropriate standards and process.
- Assessing and carrying out adequate procedures for various jobs.
- Competency to utilize, maintain and service various types of equipment required for mold remediation, such as air movers, power tools, dehumidifiers, negative air machine
- Set up containment and negative air to keep from cross contaminating structure
- Driving company vehicles to and from job sites throughout SM of Salem, Corvallis, + Lincoln City territory
- Complete assigned jobs according to company processes while maintaining quality control on each job.
- Capture photo and video evidence and records data related to the project during various phases.
- Manage appropriate documentation files using an app.
- Have experience in the mold industry
- Have IICRC certs or otherwise pertaining to mold remediation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective people management and conflict management skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Move up to 70 pounds often- by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
- Must be able to wear respirator and safety gear when job conditions warrant
- Be able to access crawlspaces and attics
- Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening
- Must have an Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record
