About the Role:
Join the SafeSplash Lakewood and Englewood team as a Swim Instructor or Lifeguard and make a splash in the lives of our students! We are looking for Enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about teaching swimming and ensuring water safety in a fun and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct swim lessons for students of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to enhance swimming skills.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during lessons.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and track their progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized pool area.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve teaching techniques.
- Promote a positive learning environment that fosters confidence and enjoyment in swimming.
Requirements:
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Experience in teaching swimming or a background in aquatics preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for swimming and a commitment to student success.
- Must be at least 16 years old and able to swim proficiently.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
About Us:

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
