Job Summary
We are seeking a young ambitus Executive Chef, who loves cooking and expedite from behind the line while cooking, to join our team! As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for food quality, the kitchen’s operational performance, and working directly with the owner. You will train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a smart, driven leader, willing to grow professionally and be part of a successful restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant
- Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews
- Lead team in serving exquisite food
- Create and maintain a food and budget
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
Qualifications:
- Culinary School Diploma and Experience as Fine Dining Chef
- Knowledge of fine dining Italian Cuisine
- Previous Chef restaurant experience in fine dining Italian Restaurant
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $99,000.00 per year

Marco Betti grew up in Reggello in the Tuscan hills just outside Florence, working in the family butchershop with his father, Silvano, and at the apron of their mother, Rosanna. Since first opening Antico Posta in 1999, Betti has been bringing Atlantans a pure and authentic taste of Tuscany. With Bar Ti Amo, he’s invested in updating his style to a modern taste with the goal of creating a place people can come anytime day or night.
