- Ability to communicate written and verbally in Spanish and English
- Locating and contacting debtors to inquire about their payment status
- Minimize objections for payment and suggest available customer-friendly payment options
- Update account status and database regularly
- Use software to keep detailed notes regarding conversations with customers and outcomes
- Accepts payments over the phone via credit card

- Cooperative disposition and ability to work in a team setting

- Some experience in collections preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate
- Must be available to work Mon - Fri between 8am and 8pm and alternating Saturdays
