We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Trade Payable Specialist with the ability to meet tight deadlines and provide great customer service.

Responsibilities:

Create daily, weekly, and monthly settlement statements for trade accounts & review for accuracy.

Coordinate approval process for payables & issue payment.
Create customizable supplier reports in Microsoft Office.
Work closely with account representatives to ensure great customer service.
Continuous improvement projects.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Attention to detail.
5 years previous experience in accounting/finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure.

Strong leadership qualities and work ethic.
Problem solving skills and Teamwork.
