Construction Manager/Resident Engineer/Inspector-Electrical/Mechanical

We are seeking a Construction Manager / Resident Engineer _ Pump Stations Experience to join our team! You will oversee Construction Projects that may include: Managing construction project and inter-phasing with Contractors, Inspectors and also perform project planning, scheduling, construction Progress meetings and overall construction project management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs / change orders
- Manage submittals, RFIs, Change order requests and review pay applications
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management specially as it pertains to water/wastewater Pump stations
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
