Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) – Early Intervention | Flexible Schedule | $85–$95/hr

Goldstar Rehabilitation Inc. is seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC-SLP) to join our Early Intervention team serving children ages 0–5 throughout Philadelphia.
Goldstar is a therapist-owned and operated pediatric therapy agency, built by clinicians who understand the importance of flexibility, professional respect, and meaningful work. Our SLPs support young children and their families in natural environments such as homes and daycares, using evidence-based strategies and caregiver coaching to help children develop communication and feeding skills during the most critical years of development.

What You’ll Do
- Provide speech and language therapy for children ages 0–3
- Support development of communication, language, and feeding skills
- Deliver services in homes and community-based settings
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary Early Intervention teams
- Use evidence-based practices and caregiver coaching
- Complete required documentation in accordance with Early Intervention guidelines
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current Pennsylvania SLP license
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or children with developmental delays preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Goldstar founders Rita Schwartz, MA, CCC-SLP and Yedida Teichman, MA, CCC-SLP began their careers as licensed speech-language pathologists working for local schools and agencies.

Today, with over 100 therapists under their auspices, Rita and Yedida have brought their ambitious vision of early intervention care to life, helping over 6,000 families to date and counting.
