We are looking for a Machine Operator to work a first shift opportunity at a private industrial employer in Worcester. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity on first shift - 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. The company has an excellent benefit package.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately identifies the typical mixes and raw materials and supplies to verify against the work orders and process folders.
• Requires knowledge of the various coating machines and basic troubleshooting procedures.
• Utilizes skills in adjusting machinery to assure proper coating and avoiding product damage.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL EFFORT

The work environment characteristics described is an industrial facility with concrete floors. The candidate will be on their feet for long periods during the shift and moving around. The candidate will be required to lift up to 50lbs and handle additional materials up to 100lbs with a second person involved.

REQUIREMENTS:
SOME PRIOR INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE DESIRED, COATING EXPERIENCE A PLUS.
HIGH SCHOOL OR VOCATIONAL DIPLOMA.
ABILITY TO CONSISTENTLY LIFT 50LBS AND STAND THROUGHOUT THE WORK DAY.
