RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Account Manager for Henry Nace Insurance, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Evaluate customer needs, present portfolios, and on-board new policyholders.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Experience managing client relationships is preferred
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to anticipate customer needs
- Able to effectively relate to a customer

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

About Our Agency
- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- Our office is located in West Chester and Philadelphia, PA.
- Our office is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5 Tuesday, Thursday 8:30-7 Saturday 9:30-12:30.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2006.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a fourth generation State Farm agent.
- We currently have 16 team members at our agency.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, and Senior Vice President's Club
