Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
Service the customer needs with courtesy and professionalism.
Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations—building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts
Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promote shop service specials
Lead, manage, and train team while keeping in tune with our companies’ vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
Supervise up to ten employees

Qualifications

Previous Automotive Manager/Service Advisor Experience
Current Driver's License - with an acceptable driving record
Previous 1-2 Store or Customer Service Experience
Experience with all international and American brand cars

Salary: Starting from $55,000.00 per year
