Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our insurance products and services through effective communication with potential clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain a positive rapport with prospects through excellent communication skills.
- Identify and qualify leads, passing on potential clients to the sales team.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in telemarketing activities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus but not required.

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Crop Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Highland Park Shopping Center.
- Our office is open 8:30-5:00 Monday-Friday 9:00-12:00 Saturday.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
- We have 10 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
