The Thermal Processor Operator will be responsible for the operation and daily maintenance of the SAREX MX2000 Thermal Processor. Hired applicants will undergo Operator training. Duties will include:

· Operate Equipment using Delta V DCS controller. Training will be provided.

· Daily maintenance.

· Equipment Repair. Technical support will be provided.

· Feed Rate, Vapor Recovery System (VRS) and Moisture Control adjustments

· Instrumentation maintenance. Technical support will be provided.

· Sampling of Sludge Feed and dry product

· Monitor Oil/Water Separator (OWS), VRS, Air Chiller unit, Carbon Packs

· Feed SAREX MX2000 Thermal Processor with Cat 307.5 Tracked Excavator

· Site cleanup and support

· Boiler Operation. Black Seal Training Provided.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· 2 year technical AA degree or equivalent experience.

· Industrial Work experience

· 40 hour Haz Mat Training will be provided

Additional relevant Skills

· Mechanical maintenance Experience

· N2 water Treatment License

· Black Seal Boiler operations license

· Class B CDL license

Applicant will undergo training.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

The SAREX process was developed with the specific goal of supporting EPA’s HSWA recycling exemptions. Our process is a revolutionary state of the art waste minimization and recycling system.

The purpose of SRS/The SAREX Process is to remove oil and solids from the above-described waste streams with the goal of treating the recovered wastewater and minimize the volume of material requiring offsite transportation and disposal. The recovered oil upon further refinement, may be marketed as a product.

Separation and Recovery Systems (SRS) was recently contracted to install our state-of-the-art SAREX® waste pretreatment system in order to supply associated pretreatment operating services for Gloucester County, NJ. Known by the registered trademark, “SAREX”, SRS is located at 2 Paradise Road, West Deptford, New Jersey.
