Baba G's, a new casual Middle Eastern concept from Amoura Hospitality Group, is seeking to hire a talented Chef/Cook to join our team. Experience with shawarma rotisserie is a must.

If you have a deep understanding of Middle Eastern flavors and techniques, particularly with shawarma rotisserie, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Middle Eastern dishes, with a focus on shawarma, development of recipes

• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and specials, incorporating innovative twists on traditional Middle Eastern cuisine

• Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain stock levels

• Stay updated on current food trends and industry best practices, continuously improving culinary skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably with a focus on Middle Eastern cuisine and shawarma

• In-depth knowledge of Middle Eastern flavors, spices, and cooking techniques

• Ability to create and execute recipes with precision and consistency

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
