Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee landscaping projects ensuring completion to the highest standards and timelines
- Serve as the key communication link between builders, crew leaders, city officials, and our office
- Efficiently dispatch crew leaders, ensuring quality and timeliness in project execution
- Collaborate closely with office staff to coordinate current and upcoming projects
- Oversee warranty tasks and repairs, maintaining our commitment to quality
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Strong organizational, communication, and efficiency skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential
- Ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams effectively
