RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Stephen Jarvis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Sell new insurance products to existing customers and prospects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Experiencing managing client relationships preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Property & Casualty Insurance license a plus

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- I have been a State Farm agent since 2000.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Crystal Excellence Award, Silver Scroll, and Bronze Tablet
