Qualifications and Experience:
•Bachelor's Degree with 12 years' related experience or a Master's Degree with 10 years' related experience.
•Proven experience in leading high-level project management initiatives.
•Exceptional leadership skills with a history of managing cross-functional teams.
•Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
•Effective organizational talents, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
•Proficient in communication, with an ability to convey complex concepts to a diverse audience.
•Expert comprehension of technical and enterprise information system frameworks.
•Initiative to remain updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
•Comfortable working both autonomously and in a team environment. Familiarity with the following is a plus:
•ITIL, PMP, or similar certifications.
•History of collaboration with the Department of Justice.
•Involvement in IT operations, especially relating to service orchestration and cloud migration.
•Adeptness with ITSM platforms, particularly ServiceNow.
•Experience in managing communications and compliance processes in alignment with Federal Records Management protocols.
Responsibilities:
•Direct and oversee the project management team to ensure seamless execution and timely completion of projects.
•Interface regularly with government enterprise leads, providing comprehensive weekly reports on incident resolution and task progress.
•Administer the integration of technology and business solutions, aligning with Enterprise Infrastructure Support Services guidelines.
•Conduct high-level risk assessments for operational and project-based activities, advising OIT leadership on potential mitigations.
•Foster the adoption and optimization of advanced project management tools, such as OIT's ServiceNow, to streamline resource allocation.
•Ensure robust documentation and communication strategies are in place, utilizing platforms like EOIR's SharePoint or equivalent government-approved systems.
•Provide mentorship and set performance benchmarks for project management staff, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.
Compensation: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
