ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing insurance agency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment while delivering exceptional service to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow agency procedures
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Effectively deliver information to clients concerning polices, needs and services.
- Excellent problem-solving ability
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Active Property & Casualty License (P&C) required
- Life & Health License required within 90 days of hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet sales goals
