About our Agency:
Our agency has been a part of the Marshall, MN community since 1995. Andrew is a 2nd generation State Farm agent, a Southwest Minnesota State University (SMSU) alum. Our office has qualified for Honor Club, Ambassador club, Million Dollar Round Table and President’s Club. We are licensed to do business anywhere in Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota & Iowa.

A big part of why our agency exists is to help support our community and to help life go right for our customers, neighbors, friends, community, and family. We take pride in supporting our community through donations and sponsorships for many different organizations and events.

Our State Farm team wants to find the right insurance products to meet our customers’ needs by having a no obligation conversation with them. We build relationships with our customers by getting to know them.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Andrew Suby - State Farm Agent, you equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. You empower our agency by implementing and supporting office policies and consistently ensuring the execution of advantageous customer experiences.

As an organized and detail-oriented professional, your skillset promotes the basis for people in our community to have something they need. Andrew Suby - State Farm Agent is eager to bring aboard your collaborative presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, and continuously equipped to successfully meet customer needs and to market relevant products. 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
    Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in insurance required
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Able to work in and manage a team environment
  • Experience in Windows computer applications
  • Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
  • Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence to bring on new customers & close sales
  •  Property and Casualty License
  •  Life and Health License
