Job Description: As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support on a variety of insurance-related matters. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
