Position Summary:
ServiceNet is looking for a natural leader to work in tandem in our 24 hour, 4-bed clinically intensive residential program in Easthampton, MA. The program participants are returning to the community after long term care, so the focus is on recovery and skill-building. We are committed to supporting each program participant in meeting his or her unique goals.

Position Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Director with oversight and management of the program.
- Work with clinicians and staff to assist residents in reaching their treatment goals.
- Oversee Medication Administration, in collaboration with the Program Director.
- Manage the staff schedule, in collaboration with the Program Director.
- Assist in providing supervision to program staff and relief staff as needed.
- Complete all documentation, service notes, utilization reports, event reports, monthly notes on participants in the electronic health record.
- Review and follow individual plans, Crisis Plans, Risk Management Plans and any other relevant plans and protocols related to GLE participants.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- All other tasks assigned by the Program Director.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- High School Diploma / GED required.
- Behavioral / Mental Health residential experience.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.

Schedule:
- Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm.

Pay & Benefits:

$18.57-$19.53/hr— $1.00 MAP differential.

$5,000 site specific wage differential.
