- Find and onboard new clients, primarily through outbound phone prospecting of internet leads
Key Qualifications
- Active insurance licenses (California, Oregon, Nevada and/or Arizona)
- Property & Casualty - required
- Life, Accident and Health - preferred
- Successful track record of selling insurance through outbound internet lead prospecting
- Confidence conducting needs-based conversations and educating clients on the features of auto, home, renter's, liability, life and disability insurance products
- Self-motivated, productive and organized; high level of self-accountability and drive
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid verbal and written communication skills; proactive communication style
- Ethical, honest and reliable
- $20/hour base compensation + uncapped commission
- 401k Plan – 100% company matching, up to 6% of compensation
- 24 paid days off per year (12 paid vacation/sick/personal days + 12 paid holidays)
