Before COVID, I was highly involved in community events—so much so that I was honored as the Brazilian mayor for a day in a city in our state. While things have changed, I still prioritize sponsorships and attending events to stay engaged with the people we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Talline Carvalho - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Danbury.
Our office is open 9-5 and saturdays 9-noon.
Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
We have 25 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President's Club
