As an Office Representative for SDD Agency, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Office Representative for SDD Agency, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Property and Casualty producer license
- Life and Health producer license
- Able to make presentations to potential customers
- Self-motivated
- People-oriented
- Excellent in collaborative communication with team members and customers
- Creative in problem-solving and goal achievement
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Marketing experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
