Entry Level Sales Associate

Position Summary/Overview
Under the general direction of the Sales Manager, the Sales Consultant is directly responsible for calling existing data base and securing new business. We will teach you the EOC way and help you gain sales experience. 
 
Responsibilities
  • Plans, organize, and implements sales/marketing programs.
  • Uses all available resources (Referrals,  Leads, Phone Day, Cold Calls, etc.) and maintains an ongoing prospecting activity and system to identify and contact new prospects for expanding the prospect base within the assigned territory.
  • Utilize and update our contact relationship management (CRM) tools.
  • Complete and submits daily  progress reports of contacts made 
Skills
Candidates will possess strong character, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude! Our structured sales training program will allow non-technical sales trainees to succeed and excel in the company.
 
Requirements
 Willingness to work hard, demonstrate perseverance, determination, and self-discipline.
 
  • Compensation is based on salary plus  bonus potential.
  • Compensation commensurate with experience.
  • 401(k), paid time off, and health care plan provided.
  • All other duties as assigned
