The position involves providing in-home and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) support as part of a knowledgeable behavioral team. She thrives with structure, routines, and the use of technology.

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Hours: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Part-time, Monday - Friday, flexible choice of evenings.

Familiarity with ABA techniques and principles required
Successful completion of a drug test and the PA Background Check process
Successful completion of a drug test and the PA Background Check process
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing the techniques of ABA and following the Positive Behavioral Support Plan (PBSP).
- Collecting data on the individual's progress and behaviors.
- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Providing positive reinforcement and support in accordance with the ABA approach.
- Maintaining regular communication with the behavioral team and the individual's family.
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED - Must have at least one of the following degrees or certifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician
- NADD Certification
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, or Gerontology
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
