KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reach out to potential customers through high-volume calling and follow-ups as part of our new business development efforts.
- Listen attentively to understand each customer’s situation and provide clear, straightforward information about insurance options.
- Use provided leads and build your own network through referrals and connections.
- Guide customers through the application process with professionalism and care.
- Manage the entire process from first contact to policy setup.
- Consistently work toward and exceed your activity and performance goals.
- Keep accurate and organized records of your customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proper insurance licensing is required before starting.
- No prior sales experience required — just a willingness to learn and work hard.
- Dependable, honest, and hardworking with a strong commitment to doing the right thing.
- Friendly and clear communicator who listens well.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
- Experience with State Farm products is a plus but not required.
- Resilient and able to keep going after setbacks.
