We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. The Production Associate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in the manufacturing process, including operating machinery, assembling products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Assemble components and products accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred.
- Basic math and literacy skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.

Working Hours: 6:30am-2:30pm
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
